  1. Media – it is important to choose the right channel for the moment. Whether face to face, large audience or one of the social media channels so freely available to us.
  2. Relevance – make sure your message is relevant in context, time and place
  3. Language – the importance of pitch, tone and pace of voice can’t be underestimated and, above all, know your audience!
