Understandably, some people are born with an edge over certain skills, and these are the skills at which they naturally excel, while others need to work hard in developing those. What you need to understand is that there is one skill that is of utmost importance in today’s changing world regardless of where you are born and how the environment had an impact on developing those skills in you. Technical skills and hard work can only get you to a certain point, to play a strategic role in an organization, and life, you need to develop leadership qualities. You delegate responsibilities and tasks to others so that they can get involved in the decision-making process and feel valued within the organization. LEARNING TO LISTEN

Leaders are ones who need to ensure that every member of the organization feels valued. It cannot be done unless you have an active communication channel with your employees.
