Ever wondered what sets great leaders apart from the rest?

In this great TED Talks Video, Simon Sinek presents his discovery that leaders start with the why before explaining the how.
As Simon explains, everyone knows what they do and how they do it, but few are able to clearly articulate why, their reason or purpose
In his talk, Simon explores why Apple, Martin Luther King, and the Wright brothers have been successful while others were not. He goes on to show through his model, Golden Circle, that all great leaders and organisations begin with the “Why”, then “How”, and finally the “What”.
